Volunteer Opportunities

Athletic Trainer / Coach

Lead or assist with position-specific skills training, speed & agility sessions, or strength conditioning for student-athletes ages 5–17.

3–6 hours/week
Skills: Coaching, Sports Background

Mentorship Program Lead

Build meaningful relationships with student-athletes, modeling discipline, character, and the mindset to "Check that Box."

2–3 hours/week
Skills: Patience, Leadership, Communication

Academic Tutor

Support student-athletes with homework, study skills, and academic goal-setting to ensure they excel in the classroom as well as in competition.

2–4 hours/week

Nutrition Educator

Help deliver nutrition workshops and one-on-one guidance to athletes and their families on fueling for performance and long-term wellness.

What if I don't have previous volunteer experience?
No experience necessary! We provide training for all positions. We just need your enthusiasm and willingness to help.
How flexible is volunteer scheduling?
Very flexible! We have opportunities for different schedules — some weekly, some monthly, some event-based. We work around your availability.
Do I need to commit to a long-term position?
Not necessarily. While we appreciate long-term volunteers, we also welcome one-time help for special events.
Will I receive a volunteer certificate?
Yes! We provide volunteer hours documentation and certificates for school, employment, or personal records.
